Иногда нам не хватает времени сделать маникюр или модный макияж, но это не так уж и страшно. Но вот что действительно важно – правильно ухаживать за кожей лица. И делать это не время от времени, а каждый день.

Мы поговорили с экспертами и узнали о 10 ошибках, которые часто совершают женщины, ухаживая за кожей лица. Некоторые из них банальны и очевидны, но забывать о них точно не стоит!

ОШИБКА 1: ВЫБИРАЕМ НЕПОДХОДЯЩИЙ УХОД

Будьте внимательны при выборе утреннего и ночного крема для лица, ведь врачи-дерматологи не просто так рассказывают о разных типах кожи. Средства, идеально подходящие для вашей лучшей подруги, категорически могут не подойти вам. Так что выбирая крем, обращайтесь за советом к опытному косметологу или, в случае проблемной кожи, к дерматологу.

ОШИБКА 2: ЗАБЫВАЕМ ПРО СОЛНЦЕЗАЩИТНЫЙ КРЕМ

Не важно какая погода или время года сейчас на улице, ваше дневное средство для кожи лица должно иметь SPF не меньше 15. Даже если вы всего лишь идете пешком 10 минут до метро. Всегда есть риск поймать вредные ультрафиолетовые лучи, а они – одна из главных причин преждевременного старения нашей кожи.

ОШИБКА 3: ИГНОРИРУЕМ ПРОСТУЮ ГИГИЕНУ

Перед тем, как ухаживать за лицом, обязательно вымойте руки с мылом. В обратном случае вы можете оставить на коже бактерии, грязь и масло с пальцев, из-за чего появляются прыщи. По этой же причине старайтесь не прикасаться к лицу, когда вы находитесь в публичных местах. Кроме того, стоит завести специальное полотенце для лица, отличное от того, которым вы вытираете руки.

ОШИБКА 4: ОСТАВЛЯЕМ МАКИЯЖ НА НОЧЬ

Ни в коем случае не стоит лениться снимать макияж перед сном. Особенно если вы используете много декоративной косметики. Чтобы не рисковать, храните влажные салфетки для снятия макияжа и увлажняющий крем на прикроватной тумбочке. Это позволит избавиться от туши и теней на веках, даже если нет сил дойти до ванной и сделать все как надо.

ОШИБКА 5: ИСПОЛЬЗУЕМ ОДИН И ТОТ ЖЕ КРЕМ КРУГЛЫЙ ГОД

Новый сезон должен означать для вас и смену ухода. Зимой нашей коже требуются более тяжелые увлажняющие средства, летом – легкие и с большим уровнем защиты SPF. К тому же у каждой женщины есть свои индивидуальные особенности. Например, аллергия на солнце. Все это необходимо учитывать, подбирая себе дневной и ночной крем на каждый день.

ОШИБКА 6: ЗАБЫВАЕМ ПРО ШЕЮ

Кожа шеи подвергается не менее агрессивному воздействию окружающей среды, что и лицо. Многие женщины забывают об этом и начинают ухаживать за шеей довольно поздно, когда ее внешний вид уже выдает настоящий возраст. Не стоит допускать подобной ошибки. Просто ухаживайте за кожей шеи так же, как и за своим лицом – используйте увлажняющие и солнцезащитные средства.

ОШИБКА 7: НЕПРАВИЛЬНО ПИТАЕМСЯ

Наш внешний вид – это результат работы всего организма. Никакой дорогой крем и походы к косметологу не сделают вашу кожу свежей и красивой, если вы злоупотребляете алкоголем, жирной и сладкой пищей. Помимо правильного питания, стоит помнить и о фитонутриентах и антиоксидантах, которые обязательно должны быть в вашей еде. Для этого ешьте больше свежей зелени, овощей, фруктов и не забывайте про суперфуды.

ОШИБКА 8: ЗЛОУПОТРЕБЛЯЕМ СКРАБАМИ

Любое очищение хорошо в меру. Не стоит пользоваться скрабами и пилингами чаще, чем раз в 7-10 дней. В противном случае верхний слой кожи травмируется и становится уязвимым для быстрого загрязнения и увядания.

ОШИБКА 9: ПЬЕМ МАЛО ВОДЫ

Мы не устаем повторять вам – пейте больше обычной негазированной воды! Она просто необходима для здоровья и красоты нашей кожи, делая ее упругой и гладкой. Рассчитать необходимое вам количество воды легко: 30 мл на 1 кг веса. До 15.00 следует выпить две трети дневной нормы. Вечерние приемы жидкостей часто ведут к отечностям и мешкам под глазами.

ОШИБКА 10: МАЛО ОТДЫХАЕМ

Высокий уровень стресса и недостаточное количество сна не лучшим образом отражаются на состоянии нашей кожи. Обязательно ложитесь спать вовремя, не забывая отключать на ночь свой мобильный телефон. Заведите также практику в середине дня делать паузу на короткую медитацию или просто 10-минутное расслабление.
