Мы все с большим нетерпением всегда ждем весну и лето, как начало чего-то нового. Конечно, хочется освободиться от груза «зимних» килограммов как на теле, так и в косметичке, чтобы встретить первые солнечные лучи во всеоружии.

СОВЕТ 1: РАЗГРУЗИТЕ КОСМЕТИЧКУ

С наступлением тепла имеет смысл не только убрать теплые куртки и свитера из шкафа, но и неподходящие средства ухода из косметички. Смело выбрасывайте плотные основы под макияж и убирайте до следующих холодов питательные плотные кремы для лица. Сейчас кожу нужно освежить и увлажнить, поэтому добавьте в свою программу ухода за лицом легкие флюиды и кремы с полупрозрачной текстурой. Следует обратить внимание и на то, чтобы присутствовал фактор защиты от UV-лучей, который защитит вашу кожу от агрессивных солнечных лучей. Схема очищения лица в весенне-летний сезон остается такой же, как и в зимний: очищаем и увлажняем. Я бы, правда, добавила еще утром протирание кожи кубиком льда из травяного чая. Этот простой и доступный способ дает отличные результаты. Ваша кожа подтягивается и освежается, особенно актуально для тех, кто любит поздно ложиться.

СОВЕТ 2: ПЕРЕСМОТРИТЕ СВОЙ РАЦИОН

Как бы это банально не звучало, но факт остается фактом – ни один косметолог не сделает вашу кожу молодой и красивой, если вы неправильно питаетесь, злоупотребляете жирной едой, сладостями и алкоголем. Именно поэтому стоит обратить внимание на то, что вы едите. Особенно весной, когда еще и хочется привести фигуру в порядок к купальному сезону и сбросить пару лишних килограммов. Конечно, сложно убрать сладости и бутерброды за один раз, если вы привыкли есть их каждый день. Но если постепенно добавлять в рацион больше овощей и использовать меньше соли и сахара, то со временем получится отучить себя от вредной еды полностью. Весной было бы не лишним добавить раз в неделю разгрузочный день на смузи и соках. Сегодня на рынке есть много компаний, предлагающих готовые программы полезного детокса.

СОВЕТ 3: ПРОЙДИТЕ КУРС ПРОЦЕДУР ДЛЯ ТЕЛА

Весна – это как раз именно то время, когда стоит подумать над курсом процедур для тела. Отличным вариантом могут стать массажи или обертывания или комплекс того и другого. В этом сезоне в салонах появилось много новых процедур, полезных для тела. Например, массаж с использованием средств, обогащенных магнием. Во время массажа минерал усваивается через кожу, благодаря чему она подтягивается и великолепно увлажняется. А еще магний помогает обрести спокойствие и умиротворенность. Нельзя забывать и о домашнем уходе за телом. Не забывайте раз в неделю использовать скраб во время душа и каждый раз увлажняющий лосьон после водных процедур.

СОВЕТ 4: НЕ ЗАБУДЬТЕ О ВОЛОСАХ

После зимы наши волосы нуждаются в заботе и смене ухода не меньше, чем кожа. Если чувствуете, что цвет волос стал тусклым, а кончики секутся и выглядят сухо, то прибегаем к очень простому решению: маску для волос используем после каждого мытья вместо бальзама. Оставляем на 30 минут, после чего смываем, а завершаем уход нанесением легкого масла для волос. Такое средство обычно есть в линейке ухода практически у любого бренда. С наступлением тепла желательно также отказаться от использования фена и сушить волосы естественным путем. Всего через пару недель вы увидите заметный результат: волосы стали увлажненными и красивыми.

Главная же рекомендация как для зимнего ухода, так и для летнего – постоянство. Чтобы выглядеть хорошо, своей внешности надо посвящать определенное время каждый день.
