Стресс – неотъемлемая часть жизни каждого человека. Любое эмоциональное потрясение отражается на здоровье и самочувствии. Считается, что кратковременный стресс даже полезен, так как вырабатывается адреналин, заставляющий организм лучше работать. Однако хронический стресс у женщин способен привести не только к ухудшению внешнего вида, но и серьезным заболеваниям. Среди них выделяют патологии сердечно-сосудистой системы, появление фолликулярной кисты яичника и даже рака молочной железы.

Последствия постоянного стресса

Сильные переживания, вызванные проблемами на работе, смертью близкого человека или разводом, вызывают физические и психосоматические болезни. Наиболее часто сначала появляются сильные головные боли, нарушение сна и пищевого поведения. В более тяжелых случаях развиваются следующие последствия:

  1. Расстройство пищеварительной системы. Нередко диагностируют анорексию или, наоборот, ожирение. Часть женщин после перенесенного стресса отказывается от еды, а другая часть – налегает на вредные продукты, богатые углеводами и жирами. Неправильное питание может вызвать спазмы в животе, изжогу, диарею или рвоту, метеоризм.
  2. Проблемы с кожей. Высыпания на коже на нервной почве – не редкость, обычно они сильно чешутся и доставляют дискомфорт. Зачастую вместо сыпи с зудом на лице, груди или спине появляются болезненные прыщи.
  3. Депрессия. Плохое настроение не самое плохое, что может появиться из-за стресса. Гораздо хуже депрессивное расстройство и панические атаки, сопровождающие женщину. Иногда также беспокоит плаксивость, обидчивость, неуверенность в себе, бессонница.
  4. Заболевания внутренних органов. Как известно, многие болезни вызывают нервы. Патологии органов малого таза, молочных желез, сердечно-сосудистой и пищеварительной системы чаще диагностируют у женщин с хроническим стрессом.

Помимо всего снижается половое влечение, появляются боли в груди, сухость влагалища, пропадает возбуждение. Ученые утверждают, что раковые заболевания вызваны в большинстве случаев нервами. Больше чем на 60% риск развития злокачественной опухоли молочной железы или яичников больше у женщин, которые пережили тяжелые моменты в жизни.

Первые признаки депрессии

Изменчивое настроение и пассивность еще не говорят о депрессии. Об этом сигнализирует ряд других симптомов, которые нельзя пропускать. После сильного стресса женщина может заметить:

  • сильные головные боли, повышение артериального давления;
  • плаксивость без причины, бессонница или тревожный сон;
  • снижение иммунитета;
  • нарушения пищеварительной системы – жидкий стул, изжога, тошнота, боли в животе;
  • судороги или невозможность расслабиться (особенно в ночное время);
  • зудящие высыпания на коже, прыщи, экземы;
  • мнительность, снижение самооценки, панические атаки;
  • отсутствие аппетита (зачастую даже любимые продукты вызывают отвращение), резкое похудение;
  • злоупотребление никотином, влечение к алкоголю.

После эмоционального потрясения человек нередко становится рассеянным, что мешает нормально работать. Такие люди стараются больше проводить времени в одиночестве, иногда прибегают к алкоголю и даже наркотикам. Женщины могут отказаться от привычных процедур по уходу за внешностью. Однако это еще больше отражается на эмоциональном состоянии, вызывая неуверенность в себе и нежелание общаться с окружающими.

Для избавления от стресса рекомендуется больше проводить времени с друзьями и близкими людьми, стараясь не оставаться наедине с собственными мыслями. Важно принять ситуацию и найти из нее выход. Если сделать это самостоятельно не удается, лучше обратиться к специалисту за помощью.
